Product guide
Harmony relay sockets are the bases that hold plug-in relays. The relay itself plugs into the socket, and the socket carries the wiring. This means you can replace a relay in seconds without touching a single wire. The RXZE range is made for RXM miniature relays, and the RPZ range is made for RPM power relays. Sockets are offered with screw clamp, screw connector or push-in terminals, so you can pick the style that suits your panel and your wiring speed. They clip on a DIN rail. You can add protection modules, such as a diode for DC coils or a varistor for 24 to 60V AC/DC, to protect your control circuit. A clip-in legend set helps you label each relay. A plastic or metal clamp holds the relay firm against vibration. Pre-assembled relay and socket sets are also available.
Q1: Do I need a socket for an RXM relay?
Yes. RXM relays must be used with an RXZE socket.
Q2: Which terminal style should I choose?
Screw clamp is common. Push-in saves wiring time.
Q3: What does a protection module do?
It protects your control circuit from the voltage spike when a coil switches off.
Q4: Which module is used for DC coils?
A diode module.
Q5: Can the same socket take different relays?
Only relays made for that socket type.
Q6: Can I label the relays?
Yes. Use the clip-in legend set.
