These policies govern all vendors selling on the SensatoTrade marketplace. By registering as a vendor, you agree to abide by these terms.
All product listings must be accurate, with clear descriptions, genuine images, and correct pricing in PKR. Misleading listings, counterfeit goods, or prohibited items will result in immediate removal and potential account suspension.
Vendors must dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving them. Tracking information should be updated promptly. Consistent delays or cancellations may affect your vendor rating and visibility.
Vendors must honour the platform’s 7-day return window for eligible products. In case of disputes, SensatoTrade support will mediate between buyer and seller to reach a fair resolution.
The following are not permitted: counterfeit or replica goods, weapons, hazardous materials, prescription medications, and any items that violate Pakistani law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that repeatedly violate these policies, receive excessive customer complaints, or engage in fraudulent activity.
