We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work on SensatoTrade.
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The following are generally non-returnable: perishable goods, personal care items (opened), customised/personalised products, and digital downloads.
1. Go to your Orders page and select the order.
2. Click "Request Return" and provide a reason.
3. The vendor will review and approve eligible returns within 2 business days.
4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are transferred to your bank account.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. In those cases, the vendor covers return shipping.
