Acti9 Reflex iC60 Series - Schneider Electric
The Acti9 Reflex iC60 is a miniature circuit breaker with control built into it. You do not need a separate remote control block. A PLC or building system can switch the breaker on and off, and it can read the breaker status back. The connection goes through the Ti24 interface, which links directly to a PLC or to Acti9 Smartlink with ready made cables. Under the control layer it is still an iC60 breaker, so it gives the same overload and short circuit protection and the same isolation. This makes it a smart choice for circuits that are switched often, such as lighting, heating and ventilation. LEDs on the front show if the device is on, tripped, ready or overheating. It can be controlled by pulse or by a maintained command.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Does it still protect the circuit?
Yes. It works as a normal iC60 breaker.
Q2: What do I need to control it?
A PLC or control system that can send a 24V or 48V command through Ti24.
Q3: How many times can it be switched?
Up to 50,000 cycles.
Q4: Can I use it instead of a contactor?
For many circuits, yes. Check the switching rate and the load type first.
