Schneider Electric TeSys Deca Overload Relay LRD1522 (17-25A Class 20)
Schneider Electric TeSys Deca LRD1522 is a thermal overload relay that protects three phase motors. You set the trip current anywhere between 17A and 25A with the adjustment dial. The relay has trip class 20, which gives a longer start time and suits motors with a heavy start. It is a differential device, so it also detects phase failure and load unbalance. It has two auxiliary contacts, 1NO and 1NC, for fault signalling. A manual or automatic reset selector, a test selector, and stop and reset buttons sit on the front. A flag shows when the relay has tripped. A transparent cover protects the settings and can be sealed. The relay plugs straight into the bottom terminals of LC1D09 to LC1D38 contactors. It suits motors of about 9 to 11kW at 400V.
