This is Optimum Nutrition's most processed whey formula, using 100% hydrolyzed whey protein isolate rather than a blend that includes concentrate. The hydrolyzing process breaks the protein down into smaller pieces before it even reaches your stomach, which allows it to be absorbed into the body faster than standard whey isolate or concentrate. Each serving delivers 30g of protein and close to 9g of BCAAs, with no lactose or cholesterol left in the formula, and added digestive enzymes further support how easily the body processes it.

Mix one rounded scoop with 6 to 8 ounces of cold water. Consume immediately after training, when fast protein delivery matters most.
