Instead of having one protein source, Basix has combined whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and soy protein isolate into one blend. It is theorized that different protein sources have different amino acid profiles and absorption speeds. This blend is formulated to provide a wider array of nutritional benefits than a single-source whey powder alone. Per serving provides all nine essential and most non-essential amino acids to support muscle maintenance, strength and recovery from training.

Mix one scoop with water or milk once or twice a day, preferably post-workout or between meals to help meet daily protein targets.
