Lk Samyang AF 85mm F1.4 FE II – Lightest Lens

The Samyang AF 85mm F1.4 FE II is the second generation version of Samyang's popular 85mm portrait lens, rebuilt to be smaller, lighter and faster than the model it replaces. At 509g, it holds the title of the lightest large-aperture 85mm lens made for the Sony full frame E mount, making it far easier to carry and handle for long portrait sessions compared to older, heavier 85mm lenses. Eleven glass elements in 8 groups, including four high refractive index and one extra-low dispersion element, work together for strong centre resolution and rich, accurate colour. A Linear STM motor gives fast, quiet and accurate autofocus, ideal for tracking a subject's eyes during a portrait shoot. Custom controls, including a focus hold button and custom switch, add extra convenience for photographers who like fine control over their gear.
