• Data Storage: The device matches the input against its internal database (storing up to 1,000–3,000 fingerprints/cards and 80,000–100,000 logs depending on the specific firmware/SSR configuration). 

• Data Extraction: Attendance logs can be downloaded directly via a USB flash drive (often generating Self-Service Excel reports) or transferred over a TCP/IP network connection to management software. 

• Access Control & Power: It features simple relay outputs for door control, a scheduled bell function, and an integrated backup battery to maintain operation during power outages.
