XL V-Neck Football Jersey Plica Collar 160 GSM | Khijaali

This XL football jersey is made for players who want a proper team shirt with a collar and a roomy fit. The plica collar gives the V-neck a finished, structured look, which is why clubs, schools and academies often choose collar jerseys for match days and team photos. Extra large suits players with a broad chest and shoulders who need space to sprint, jump and tackle without the shirt pulling. The plain design leaves room for names, numbers and club logos, so one design can be used across a whole squad. It is made by Khijaali Industry Sports and Outdoor and sold with delivery across Pakistan. XL V-Neck Football Jersey - Material Used in Making

GSM stands for grams per square metre and shows how heavy the fabric is. At 160 GSM this jersey is slightly heavier than the 145 GSM round neck version, so it feels more solid and keeps its shape after repeated washing. Football jerseys are commonly made from polyester or polyester-based knit fabric because it is light, dries fast and holds colour well. The plica collar is a finished neckline made to sit flat and stay neat. Please check the product label for the exact fabric blend.

Comfort and Performance on the Field

The V-neck opening lets some air reach the neck, which helps during long matches in warm weather. The heavier fabric hangs well on a larger frame, so the shirt does not cling or lose shape when you sweat. It works for league matches, futsal, college tournaments, training sessions and corporate events. Players who like a looser training fit can also choose XL for comfort.

Care Instructions

Wash in cool water with mild detergent and turn the shirt inside out to protect any printing. Do not use bleach. Avoid a hot iron on printed areas. Lay the collar flat while drying and dry in shade, not under strong sun.

Frequently Asked Questions

• What is a plica collar on a football jersey? It is the finished collar on the V-neck opening. It gives the neckline structure so it stays neat and flat. The product photos show the exact collar style.
• Is 160 GSM too heavy for football in hot weather? 160 GSM is a medium weight for sports jerseys. It is sturdier than 145 GSM, and the V-neck helps airflow. If your main concern is heat, the 145 GSM round neck jersey is lighter.
• How do I know if XL will fit me? Measure your chest at the widest point and compare it with the size chart. If you are between sizes, choose XL for a relaxed fit and L for a closer fit.
• Can names, numbers and logos be printed on this jersey? Yes. The plain design is suitable for team printing, so a club can add player names, numbers and a logo.
• Will the collar lose its shape after washing? Washing inside out in cool water and laying the collar flat while drying helps it keep its shape.
• Can I order the same jersey in other sizes for my team? Yes. This V-neck design is also available in S, M and L, so a whole squad can wear the same style.
