Product guide
The protein powder uses a combination of three different nuts to give a more rounded, layered flavor profile than a standard single nut protein powder, rather than just one nut flavor. It’s just like any other flavored protein powder, easily mixed into a shake but the combined nut taste means it’s nothing like the more common vanilla, chocolate or single peanut flavors. This makes it a useful option for anyone who has grown tired of standard protein powder flavours and wants something with more depth.

Take one scoop of the powder and add it to a shaker bottle or blender along with 200 to 300ml of cold water or milk, depending on how thick or thin you like your shake. Close the lid tightly and shake well for about 15 to 20 seconds, or blend for a few seconds if using a blender, until the powder is fully mixed and there are no lumps left. Drink this shake after your workout, first thing in the morning, between meals when you get hungry, or anytime during the day when you want to add more protein to your diet. If you’re new to protein powder, start with one serving a day and see how your body feels before adding a second serving a day. Do not use this powder as your only source of food or as a replacement for regular balanced meals, since it is meant to support your diet, not replace it completely.
