How It Works?

• Underground Installation: The motor fits inside a foundation box buried beneath the gate pivot point, keeping the mechanical parts hidden from view.

• 24V Motor & D-Track: It uses low-voltage DC power paired with BFT's D-Track torque management system to adjust force automatically according to weather and wear. 

• Encoder & Limits: A magnetic or relative encoder tracks the gate's precise position to manage smooth slowdowns during opening and closing without needing complex external limit switches. 

• Obstacle Detection: The electronic clutch system reverses or stops the gate instantly if it hits an object, protecting people and vehicles. 

• Control Units: It connects to compatible control panels like the Thalia or Thalia P for programming features like automatic re-closing and pedestrian partial opening.
