This is the bigger sibling of the MP2500: the same 24V system, but with 200Ah of capacity, which doubles the storage to 5.12kWh. It is the model Maxpower also lists as MP20024. If you already run a 24V inverter and want longer backup without changing to 48V, this is the battery to look at. It is a 25.6V LiFePO4 battery with a 100A charge current, rated for 6000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, and it comes with a colour touch screen for monitoring. The IP20 rating means indoor installation in a dry, ventilated place. Maxpower is a Pakistani brand, so local support and warranty handling are close to home.
Twice the storage in one battery keeps the setup tidy, and it saves you from buying and paralleling two 100Ah packs.
On paper, 5.12kWh runs a 500W load for about 10 hours, or a 1kW load for about 5 hours.
