You go from Bruce training under the League of Shadows all the way to becoming the protector Gotham actually needs. Along the way you team up with familiar faces like Jim Gordon, Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl and Catwoman, and together you're up against basically the whole rogues gallery, Joker, Penguin, Mr Freeze, Bane, the works. It's less a single storyline and more like a greatest hits tour through decades of Batman history, just told through LEGO.
Combat here feels a bit different from older LEGO games, more fluid combos this time, plus some stealth options mixed in. You get access to a bunch of vehicles too, different Batmobiles and Batcycles, including the classic Tumbler, so getting around Gotham doesn't feel repetitive. There's a proper Batcave to mess around in as well, where you can customize suits and vehicles, and honestly there's a lot of them, well over a hundred suits alone across the different characters. Co-op is in there too if a friend wants to jump in and play alongside you.

Runs on PS5 and takes advantage of the DualSense controller, so you'll actually feel some of the combat through the haptics and triggers. Needs a decent amount ofstorage like most open world games these days, and a stable connection helps if you're dealing with day one updates or planning to use any online features.
Pop in the disc, or start your download if it's the digital copy, then just follow whatever prompts show up on your PS5 screen. It'll probably grab an update the first time you boot it up, so having decent internet on hand makes that first launch go a lot smoother.

Not really, it's built to work as its own story, so jumping in fresh is fine.

Yeah, there's couch co-op if you want to play it with a friend or family member.
