Can I use the J. NOTE Illuminator if I have oily skin?
Yes! It is very light and does not feel greasy or oily on your face; it is also perfect for dry skin.
Can I put face shiner on before or after makeup?
You can do both! Apply it before your foundation as a base, mix it into your makeup, or use it on a prominent facial area after your makeup is done to make your cheeks pop.
Does it have a lot of glitter in it?
No! It uses tiny micro-pearls that reflect light smoothly, so you get a soft satin shine instead of a sparkly glitter look.
