This camera is built for people upgrading or expanding an existing analog CCTV system without wanting to replace the DVR.This Hikvision camera supports four different signal formats through one cable, so it works with most DVRs already installed in homes and shops. It also uses Smart Hybrid Light technology, giving up to 25 metres of infrared range for standard night vision, plus up to 20 metres of white light range for full colour recording after dark.

Works with any DVR supporting TVI, AHD, CVI, or CVBS signal input, covering most existing analog CCTV systems.
1. Choose a mounting spot with a clear view of the area you want to cover.
2. Use the screws and bracket included in the box to attach the camera.
3. Connect the camera with a coaxial cable and power cable to your DVR.
4. Select the correct signal type on the DVR, TVI, AHD, CVI or CVBS to suit your system.
5. Confirm that the camera feed is showing correctly on the DVR channel.
6. Position your camera so that it covers the most area of your target.
7. At nite, ensure that the Smart Hybrid Light correctly switches between IR and white light.
Q1: Will this work with my existing DVR?
Yes, as long as your DVR supports TVI, AHD, CVI, or CVBS signal input, which covers most analog systems.

Yes, through its white light mode, alongside standard infrared night vision.
