This pencil is convenient and speedy, concealing bags beneath the eyes and covering minor flaws.
TIPS FOR MASCARA
Simply draw a semicircle beneath the eye and use your fingertips to blend it in to hide bags under the eyes.
Can be used either underneath or on top of the foundation.
When covering a spot, lightly dab the area with a dot, and then use your fingers or a little brush to blend it in.
You can blend two distinct tones in the two-color version to better match your skin tone.
